Afynd Private Limited is seeking driven **Content Writer/ PR** who will be responsible for crafting engaging content and managing public relations initiatives to build and maintain a positive image for Afynd Private Limited. This role involves creating various types of content, including press releases, blog posts, and media materials, as well as executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Write clear, engaging, and well-researched content for various channels including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.

2. **Public Relations**:

- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to communicate company news, updates, and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and manage media inquiries.

3. **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

4. **Media Monitoring**:

- Monitor media coverage and social media mentions to track public perception and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Prepare media summaries and reports on PR activities and outcomes.

5. **Event Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing PR events, press conferences, and media briefings.
- Develop content for event materials and manage event promotion.

6. **Brand Management**:

- Ensure that all content and PR activities adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent brand image.
- Address and manage any potential PR crises or issues with appropriate communication strategies.

7. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product development to gather information and align messaging.
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed for content and PR campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Experience with media relations and managing PR campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong research skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
