**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Production Assistant** to support our production team with various on-set and off-set responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the media and film industry while assisting with equipment handling, set management, and director support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Equipment Handling & Management**:

- Assist in loading, unloading, and setting up production equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Keep track of production gear, props, and accessories

**Set Assistance & Logistics**:

- Help prepare the set before shoots.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on set.
- Assist in moving equipment and props as needed.

**Assisting Directors & Crew**:

- Support directors, cinematographers, and other crew members during shoots.
- Run errands for the production team.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.

**General Production Support**:

- Handle minor technical tasks when required.
- Assist with call sheets, schedules, and shoot coordination.
- Provide any additional support needed for a smooth production process.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of production equipment and handling (training will be provided).
- Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late nights.
- Passion for the film and media industry.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Interest in learning production workflows.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
