**Responsibilities**:
A Technical Trainer is responsible for educating employees, students, or clients about specific technologies (AI, Robotics, AR/VR, IOT, Drone), tools, or software.

Their role includes designing training programs, delivering sessions, and ensuring learners gain practical knowledge.

**1. Training Program Development & Delivery**
**2. Assessing & Evaluating Learners**
- Develop quizzes, assessments, and projects to measure learner progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
- Track and report training effectiveness through performance metrics.

**3. Supporting Learners**
- Address trainee questions and clarify complex concepts.
- Offer one-on-one mentoring or additional learning resources when needed.

**4. Staying Updated with Industry Trends**
- Keep up with new technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Obtain relevant certifications and attend industry workshops or webinars.

**5. Collaborating with Teams & Management**
- Work with HR, project managers, or leadership teams to align training with company goals.
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve future training sessions.

**6. Managing Training Tools & Platforms**
- Use Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Leverage virtual training tools such as Google Meet Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
- Develop online courses, recorded lectures, and interactive modules.

- In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies (AI, Robotics, AR/VR, IOT, Drone), tools, and programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with software, hardware, or IT systems (depending on the field).

- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable terms.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Understanding of different learning styles and how to engage learners effectively.

- Active listening skills to address trainee concerns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
