**Job Description**:
Pega UI/UX Knowledge with Pega v23 theme Cosmos experience
Experience in Figma tool usage or related UI design tool knowledge
Provides UI/UX architecture and UI/UX design guidance to the project teams developing solutions using Pega UI v23 theme Cosmos.
Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
Works with Scrum Master and Pega LSA and Pega LBA to size, manage scope and risk

Required experience / skills:
6+ years of IT experience with n-tier, UI/UX design/development
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and implementation of Pega based solutions, including lead in UI/UX design to develop shared/reusable components within Pega.
4+ years experience with Pega 8.x or latest with experience in new Pega capabilities

Previous experience as a Pega UI/UX and Pega SSA on multiple large-scale product or enterprise UI/UX designs development project
Experience working in the cloud environments like Pega Cloud/AWS/Google Cloud/Azure
Good Leadership and Client facing soft skills.
Team Player and guide for Jr. resources
Ensure Pega UI/UX best practices are followed and conduct code reviews and ensure code quality is maintained
CSSA Certified
