Swimming Instructor

The **Swimming Pool Instructor** is responsible for providing professional swimming lessons, ensuring guest safety, and maintaining a high standard of pool hygiene. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and expertise in swimming techniques and water safety.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Swimming Instruction & Training**
- Conduct swimming lessons for guests of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop personalized training plans for guests based on their abilities and goals.
- Teach proper swimming techniques, breathing control, and water safety.
- Offer special swimming programs, such as aqua aerobics or rehabilitation exercises.

**2. Safety & Lifeguarding**
- Monitor guest activities in and around the pool to ensure safety.
- Enforce hotel pool rules and emergency procedures.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any pool-related emergencies.
- Provide first aid and CPR if necessary.

**3. Pool Maintenance & Hygiene**
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and maintain proper water quality (chlorine levels, pH balance, temperature).
- Report any maintenance issues to the engineering or maintenance team.

**4. Guest Engagement & Customer Service**
- Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Answer guest inquiries about swimming techniques, pool facilities, and safety guidelines.
- Encourage participation in hotel fitness and wellness programs.

**5. Compliance & Reporting**
- Follow all hotel safety and hygiene policies.
- Maintain accurate records of swimming lessons, attendance, and incident reports.
- Stay updated on the latest swimming training methods and certifications.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **1 to 3 years of experience** as a swimming instructor, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach both beginners and advanced swimmers.
- Physically fit and capable of responding to emergencies.

Pay: ₹17,379.55 - ₹23,611.44 per month
