**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Location**: Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and explain our services.
- Schedule appointments for consultations with doctors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- BAMS, BHMS, BYNS doctors.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
