**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor

**Location**: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct material and labor cost analysis for projects.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
- Assist in contract administration, tendering, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field**.
- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, and other QS software**.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
