**Position Details**

**Position**:Quality Inspection Executive**
**Experience**: Minimum 6 month - 2 years of real-life experience in quality management in relevant industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Oversee and implement quality control (QC) and assurance (QA) protocols for the manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Ensure compliance with IPQC, 7 QCs, HACCP, BRC, FDA, CFR, SUPD, PPWR, EUDR, and other international standards.
- **Process Improvement and Compliance**:

- Utilize 6 Sigma, FMEA, and PPAP tools to identify and eliminate defects and optimize processes.
- Monitor process flow diagrams and ensure adherence to defined quality processes.
- **Testing and Reporting**:

- Evaluate test reports, REACH reports, and FDA compliance documents to ensure product safety and conformity.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and quality evaluations.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with sales heads, tele callers, and customer service executives to gather and analyze customer feedback on product quality.
- Liaise with internal teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train the team on best practices in quality management, food safety, and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.

**Essential Skills and Knowledge**
- Expertise in **IPQC, 7 QCs, HACCP, FMEA, PPAP, Q.A., Q.C., and Process Flow Diagrams**.
- In-depth knowledge of **BRC, FDA, CFR, SUPD, PPWR, and EUDR** regulations.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, REACH reports, and test report evaluations.
- Proficiency in statistical quality control tools and software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
