Gegevens voor één of meer van de volgende processen maken, onderhouden (wijzigen, converteren, uitbreiden, blokkeren, verwijderen) en beheren: contant geld en bank, inkoop betalen, contractadministratie, mastergegevens, facturering, terugrapporteren, rapporteren. Of andere processen die deel uitmaken van de SSC-reeks.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de gegevensinvoer juist is verlopen.
- De gewenste gegevensinvoer uitvoeren of de gegevens wijzigen, nadat deze zijn ontvangen van de Front Officer en na goedkeuring door de Process Manager.
- Contact opnemen met de Front Officer van de eenheid voor information wanneer dit vereist is.
- Documentatie van de uitvoering van het proces
- Tijdige registratie en verwerking van de inkomende en de uitgaande documenten.
- Dagelijks in overeenstemming brengen en corrigerende acties uitvoeren, indien nodig.
- Contact opnemen met de lokale Front Officer voor aanvullende documentatie.
- Problemen in logboek opnemen en bespreken met of escaleren naar de teamleider.
- Input leveren voor correcte rapportage.
- Procesverbeteringen en harmonisatieactiviteiten ondersteunen.
- Deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen, procesanalyse en verbeteringsacties.
- Ervoor zorgen dat aan de KPI’s van het proces wordt voldaan volgens strenge kwaliteitsnormen.
- Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor complexe bewerkingsactiviteiten.
- De documenten controleren aan de hand van de zakelijke regels van het bedrijf.
- Optreden als super user op proces
- en/of toepassingsniveau binnen het team.
- Andere taken uitvoeren die zijn toegewezen door teamleiders, managers op het gebied van rapportage en andere SSC-processen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat aan de KPI’s van het rapporteren wordt voldaan volgens strenge kwaliteitsnormen.
- Kan procesverbeteringen en harmonisatieactiviteiten initiëren.
