**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with production, design, and quality control teams.
- Develop and manage product samples as per client specifications.
- Ensure timely approvals of samples, fabrics, trims, and other materials.
- Track order progress, manage production schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement.
- Monitor quality control standards and ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Maintain reports on order status, inventory, and shipments.
- Resolve any issues related to production delays, quality concerns, or client feedback.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a **Merchandiser** in the garment or têxtile industry.
- Strong understanding of fabric, trims, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
