We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team at Daazinno Technologies. As a leading technology company, we value innovation and are dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the digital marketing landscape.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Design and develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises, leveraging modern tools and technology to create an immersive learning experience.

3. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, incorporating them into the training curriculum.

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data-driven assessments and feedback mechanisms, utilizing data analytics tools to measure participant progress and performance.

5. Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to participants, guiding them in developing practical skills and strategies for successful digital marketing campaigns tailored to specific industries and niches.

6. Collaborate with our HR and talent acquisition teams to identify specific training needs and customize programs to address the company's evolving marketing objectives.

7. Support and mentor participants in their professional growth by sharing advanced techniques, growth hacking methodologies, and practical case studies that illustrate real-world marketing challenges and solutions.

9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation, networking, and knowledge sharing among participants.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or in a similar role, with a strong background in digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and marketing automation platforms.

3. Familiarity with marketing technology stack integration, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and advanced tracking techniques to measure marketing performance across multiple channels.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

5. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the evolving digital marketing landscape, attending industry conferences, webinars, and workshops to broaden expertise.

6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously, adapting content to varying skill levels and audience demographics.

7. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

8. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,103.21 per month
