**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As part of the Design Team, you will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Create visually appealing designs that communicate complex messages effectively.
- Develop original concepts and execute designs that meet project objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure project success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills.
- Present designs to team lead and incorporate feedback to improve final designs.
- Work with project managers to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Have a mind frame for the retail industry and their working.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house design setting.
- Strong design skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop original concepts.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel draw etc.).
- Experience designing for print and digital mediums.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating a variety of design skills and project types.
