Roles and responsibilities:

- Convert, compose and confer client’s need on tasks on daily basis.
- Administer and convert new client calls.
- Investigate and resolve job-related task issues.
- Compile and maintain client specific reports.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure work orders are processed efficiently and correctly
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Master's experience in any field.
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Have a good command over English language.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Immediately available to join.

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
