Project Coordination: Assist the Project Head in the overall coordination of solar projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery by managing inter-departmental communication and coordination with external vendors and site teams.
- Vendor & Site Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the office, multiple vendors, and the site teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations during project execution

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, including suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and the site crew.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any delays by coordinating necessary actions to keep the project on schedule.
- Resource Allocation: Support the Project Head in managing manpower, equipment, and material resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams to implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for the Project Head, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and any required support from senior management.
- Quality Assurance: Work with site teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards, complying with industry regulations and best practices. Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage various departments, vendors, and teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle project challenges under pressure.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software to track progress and manage project tasks effectively. Compensation and Benefits:
