We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The RMO will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients and supporting the overall operations of our healthcare facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care to patients under the supervision of attending physicians.
- Conduct initial patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with attending physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide emergency medical care and respond to medical emergencies within the facility.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in medical rounds, meetings, and educational activities as required.
- Adhere to healthcare protocols, policies, and regulations to ensure patient safety and quality of care.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license in [State].
- Previous experience working as a Resident Medical Officer or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
