**About Us**:
CMGA is a leading industrial group in Senegal, expanding its portfolio into agribusiness as part of its long-term diversification strategy. We are launching a large-scale **oil palm plantation project** and are seeking skilled and motivated **Farm Technicians** to join our local team from the start.

**Position Overview**:
As a Farm Technician, you will play a key role in establishing and managing our oil palm plantation. You will assist with land preparation, planting, crop maintenance, pest/disease management, irrigation, and harvesting activities under the guidance of the Plantation Manager and Agronomists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in field preparation, nursery management, and transplanting of oil palm seedlings.
- Monitor and maintain crop health, including pest and disease control.
- Carry out pruning, weeding, and harvesting tasks.
- Maintain records of field operations and report progress to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (preferred
- **Not Mandatory**).
- Previous experience in plantation or farm operations (oil palm, corn, rice, pepper etc experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work in agricultural settings and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the project.
