Roles and Responsibilities:
- Helping the TA in building NLP solutions architectures leveraging open source technologies & NVIDIA SDKs.- Driving the technical discussions with clients along with Project Managers.- Creating Effort Estimation matrix of Solutions/Deliverables for Delivery Team.- Implementing NLP solutions and architectures, including data pre-processing, feature engineering, model deployment, compatibility with downstream tasks, edge/error handling.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as MLEs, software engineers, and product managers, to identify business needs and provide technical guidance.- Mentoring and coaching junior NLP engineers and MLEs.- Sharing knowledge through knowledge-sharing technical presentations.

Skill Set Required:
- Experience for 1+ years in building end to end Machine learning pipelines.- 4+ years of hands-on machine learning experience.- Experience with Transformer based NLP problems like Q&A, information extraction from the text & classification & Semantic Search is a must.- Experience with traditional NLP concepts such as BoW models, word embeddings, and Python NLP toolkit such as spacy, NLTK.- Experience with deep learning frameworks like Pytorch or Tensorflow.- Commitment & Self Motivation suitable to a start-up team.- Experience with agile product development & Software delivery lifecycle.
