Responsibilities
- Examine the helpdesk and internal supply chain process accurately.Routine correspondence, logging phone messages and coordinating with end user all over India
- Keeping track of data for dispatch and pickup.
- Register and maintain logistics data like Pickup, drop, loss and damaged devices.Maintain cordial relationships with Help-desk, vendors and Client.
- Resolve problems associated with transportation, customer problems, and logistics systems.
- Negotiate charges with back to back vendor for prices
- Monitor the package and labels of products accurately.
- Coordinate with the helpdesk department for shipment of materials.
- Weekly and Monthly data sharing with Client and Help-desk.
- Identify shipping methods and routes for products to be shipped.
- Develop and implement policies, safety procedures, and risk management plans.Prepare and present reports to the logistics Help-desk department and higher management as well as Client.
- Ensure the orders are in compliance with regulations, policies and as per SLA set with client
- Enter data in computer system and maintain stocks and other information (in excel).
- Take and check inward material.
- Prepare daily work and run schedules.
- Preparing E-Waybill as per requirement.
- Doing other work assigned to me at any point of time by the management.
- Coordinate with customers regarding issues in dispatch or delivery of materials
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Making Delivery Challan entries in MIS Sheet. Requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹175,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
