**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Making Outbound Calls**:

- Contact potential customers (leads) via phone to promote services/products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- **Handling Inbound Calls**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve inquiries regarding services/products.
- Provide information, clarify doubts, and solve problems related to customer orders, services, or issues.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow up on customer feedback and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- **Sales Generation & Upselling**:

- Conduct cold calls to generate new business or follow up on leads.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer requirements and preferences.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**:

- Document all customer interactions and record details of conversations.
- Report on call metrics, sales performance, and customer feedback to supervisors.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about company promotions, discounts, and updates.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to share insights and strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
