Position**:Web Designer**

**Salary**: Rs. 20,000 Monthly

Location: Delhi

Roles and Responsibility:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsive Design: Ensure that all designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to translate design concepts into fully functional web interfaces.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and refine the user experience of the web projects.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and optimize web designs to ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.
- Animation and Interaction: Implement animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement and interactivity.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web pages and assets for improved loading speed and overall performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Design Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of design work.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Web Frameworks: Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation is advantageous.
- Web Animation: Knowledge of CSS animations and JavaScript libraries for interactive web animations.
- UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and demonstrating your design skills and creativity.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
