Sales Executive

Conducting daily calls to provided leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Updating lead statuses and client interactions accurately within the designated platform/system.
Conducting on-site visits, showcasing properties, and addressing client inquiries.
Interacting professionally and courteously with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Facilitating payment collection from builders and coordinating follow-ups on pending payments.
Collaborating closely with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent client relationships.
**Requirements**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in real estate sales or client services preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
