**Ensure the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet targets and deadlines.**:

- **Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.**:

- **Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.**:

- **Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.**:

- **Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedules and requirements.**:

- **Optimize manpower utilization and maintain continuity of operations.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of production processes, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance and ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and procedures.**:

- **Coordinate maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and machinery.**:

- **Coordinate with the maintenance department for machine breakdowns or scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.**:

- **Coordinate with the Quality department for maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensuring compliance with quality standards.**:

- **Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.**:

- **Conduct safety training for production staff and enforce safety standards.**:

- **Train operators and helpers on production-related activities to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.**:

- **Monitor the effectiveness of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping in the respective area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.**:

- **Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes.**

**Required Skill Set**:

- **Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.**:

- **Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.**:

- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities**
