**We are looking for a Solutions Architect who**

will be entrusted to spearhead projects and product
development.
You will create solutions using cutting edge technologies and best practices
You will engage with other leaders and make technical decisions regarding the
solution and it’s business outcome.
You will identify your audience and and explain a complex problem in layman's
terms or with technical details accordingly.
You will have a strong presence at ground level working on and overlooking
programming, integration, and testing of software systems and associated
devices.
You will strategize optimum technical solution among all possible to solve the
existing business problem statement.
Conduct inhouse academies to upscale technical expertise within the team

**Must haves**
- 10+ years of experience working with different architectures, tools & languages, 1+ yrs as solutions architect
Experience with IOT, Blockchain and AI will be a big thumbs-up.
Strong hands-on experience in one or more backend technologies like Java, Golang, python, nodejs Javascript and FE technologies like ReactJs/AngularJs
Decent exposure to big data technologies like kafka, spark, cassandra,etc and distributed computing environments in general
Deep understanding of different architectural flavours like microservices, event based, etc
A balanced mix of technical and business skills,
Readiness and capability of building an implementation from scratch to get a project off the ground and handover to development team
Articulate technical challenges to consulting clients in an engaging manner An agile mindset. Experience or advocating concepts like Continuous development, TDD, Extreme programming.
Good communication skills (technical/Non Technical)
