Metallographic Investigation

We are looking for Metallographic Investigation with 2 to 6 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.

**Key Skills**: Metallography and surface analysis using optical, SEM and EDX

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Metallographic investigation of various materials supporting new process development through microscopy and micro analysis.
- Perform data analysis and correlating microstructure and material performance
- Perform fractography of components and support in establishing root cause for the failure.
- Support mechanical testing of material and prepare test reports as per various international standards.
- Support material curve generation and material data release.
- Maintain Lab operation related documents as per various international standard requirements, EHS requirements and support in lab operations including calibrations, specifications, funding

**Requirement**:

- BE in metallurgy or mechanical engineering is strongly preferred or other fields like physics, chemistry with relevant experience in engineering materials.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
- Experience in mechanical testing of materials
- Experience with metallography and surface analysis using optical, SEM and EDX

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
