**GRW Pumps**is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company offering wide range of high quality Centrifugal and Positive Displacement pumps. Its factory is located at Domjur, near Kolkata and is well equipped with most modern machines including an advanced Hydraulic Test Bed for performance testing of pumps offered. Its R & D cell is constantly endeavoring to develop new models and improve existing pump designs. It employs skilled engineers who are well experienced in manufacturing of pumps.
**Key Responsibilities of an Export Executive**:
- **Export Documentation and Compliance**:
- Preparing and processing export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
- Ensuring compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and tariffs.
- Coordinating with customs authorities and clearing agents to ensure timely and efficient clearance of goods.
- **Logistics and Supply Chain Management**:
- Organizing and managing shipments, working with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics partners.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of goods to international markets.
- Managing inventory levels to meet export demand.
- **Customer and Supplier Coordination**:
- Communicating with international customers to understand their requirements and fulfill orders.
- Maintaining relationships with international clients and suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and repeat business.
- Managing customer complaints and resolving issues related to product quality, delivery, or other concerns.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:
- Conducting research on potential markets for expansion and growth opportunities.
- Staying updated on global trade trends, market conditions, and new trade regulations.
- Identifying opportunities for new export markets or product diversification.
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Assisting the sales team in developing strategies for international markets.
- Providing quotations, pricing, and payment terms to international clients.
- Handling negotiations and contracts related to export deals.
- **Risk Management**:
- Managing financial and operational risks associated with international trade (e.g., currency fluctuations, payment risks).
- Arranging for export insurance or other forms of risk mitigation.
**Skills Required**:
- **Knowledge of International Trade Laws**: Understanding the laws and regulations that govern international trade.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple shipments, documentation, and deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with export procedures.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve issues related to shipments, delivery delays, or disputes with customers.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- A degree in **International Business**, **Business Administration**, or related fields is often preferred.
- Certifications like **Export Management** or **International Trade** can be advantageous.
- Knowledge of languages, especially if dealing with markets where those languages are spoken, can be beneficial.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
