Site Incharge

**1. Job** **PURPOSE**:
This role involves managing production processes, maintenance activities, and the deployment of workforce and equipment. The incumbent will ensure operational targets and quality standards are achieved, while maintaining detailed reporting.

**2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily processing activities to achieve production targets and maximize operational efficiency.
- Supervise deployment and utilization of labor and equipment to meet site requirements.
- Ensure quality control of waste materials and outgoing products (e.g., RDF, recyclables) according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of processed waste, by-product inventory, production outputs, and sales using prescribed formats.
- Coordinate housekeeping and site hygiene, ensuring the site premises remain clean, safe, and compliant with health and environmental standards.
- Manage operational vehicle logs and prepare detailed shift-wise processing reports for review by management.
- Liaise with the Municipal Corporation and other local authorities to submit required documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to the Head Office on site performance, issues, and achievements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders for timely procurement, maintenance, and services to support uninterrupted site operations.

**3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS**:
**Internal**:

- With Head office staff, Site team, on site contractors and its manpower at site

**External**:

- With Vendors, client as and when required

**4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB**

**Education**

Graduation (any discipline) preferred; equivalent operational experience in MSW or related field may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications

**Experience**

3-5 years

**Skills**

Strong leadership and team management abilities, experience in operations planning and execution, Knowledge of waste management regulations and liaison with regulatory authorities, good written and verbal communication skills, reporting and documentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
