Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive for Recruitment Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Cywarden. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment services.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Cybersecurity for recruitment services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new business and expand the client base.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the job market and recruitment industry.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- **Sales and Negotiation**:
- Present and promote our recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve service quality.
- **Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit timely reports, including activity reports, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
