**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Keyword Research**:Assist in identifying relevant keywords using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Understand keyword relevance, search volume, and competition.

**On-page Optimization**:Learn the basics of optimizing meta tags - title, description, and headings.

**Off-page Optimization**: Get familiar with the concepts of link building and outreach.
Assist in the submission of website details to directories, social bookmarking sites, and other SEO platforms.

**Technical SEO**: Learn about website crawlability, indexation, and XML sitemaps.
Work closely with the technical team to identify and rectify any website issues that could impact SEO.

**Content Collaboration**:Collaborate with the content team to ensure that content is SEO-friendly.
Assist in keyword insertion, internal linking, and other on-page tactics.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Familiarize yourself with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance.
Assist in preparing monthly SEO reports, tracking keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other important metrics.

Attend internal training sessions and webinars to enhance SEO knowledge.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with basic SEO concepts will be an added advantage.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
