**We are looking for talented Marketing Manager to join our team who has minimum 6 months to 1 years’ experience in Abroad Education Field.**

**Salary**: 40,000 - 70,000 excluding other allowance.

**Location**:Sec-26, Chandigarh

**Responsibilities**:

- Connect with all immigration abroad offices of North to assess their applicants for further processing of Abroad Study.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department.
- Implement strategy.
- Check with the sales part for achieve the targets which will be weekly and monthly based.
- Identify opportunities, develop & implement strategies to meet the targets.
- Identify the requirements of agents to start work for the same.
- Coach and mentor individuals for performance improvement.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Marketing Manager in Abroad Study or related field.
- Graduation in related field of study.
- Open for travelling and identify areas for potential new business.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to understand analyse a market and identify areas for potential new business.
- Demonstrated success in consistently managing sales to achieve goals.
- Strong leadership skills to perform beyond expectation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams, clients, and peer managers.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
