**Key Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing of the office as per schedule.
- Carrying files, documents, and delivering messages within the office.
- Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Performing outdoor tasks such as going to the post office, bank, or other government offices.
- Assisting in setting up meeting rooms or arranging furniture when needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the office premises (corridors, pantry, washrooms, etc.).
- Managing photocopying, printing, and filing tasks under guidance.
- Ensuring basic supplies (like stationery, drinking water, etc.) are stocked and available.
- Running errands as directed by office staff or supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
