- Developing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of banking, financial services, and insurance professionals.

Designing curriculum, course materials, and training modules to cover topics such as banking operations, financial products, regulatory compliance, risk management, and customer service.
Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person or virtually.
Assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to learners, including mentoring and coaching as needed.
Maintaining training records, documentation, and reports to track progress and compliance.
Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance training skills and knowledge of BFSI practices and technologies

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
