**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **initial patient assessments**, take detailed histories, and perform clinical examinations.
- Assist in the **diagnosis and management** of neurological disorders under the guidance of senior physicians.
- Monitor **inpatient progress**, review lab results, and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Assist in **neurodiagnostic procedures** (EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, lumbar punctures, etc.).
- Respond to **medical emergencies** and coordinate with specialists for critical care.
- Maintain comprehensive **medical records** and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Facilitate **multidisciplinary patient care** by coordinating with nursing staff, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals.
- Educate patients and families about neurological conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in **clinical research, case discussions, and hospital academic programs**.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and standard treatment protocols.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **MBBS** degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid **medical registration/license** (State/National).
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to handle emergency cases.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
