- To comply with the service quality process, environmental & occupational issues & policies.
- To comply with patient safety policy.
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
- To conducts regular audits of nursing practices to assess adherence to established standards, ensuring that home care nurses maintain a high level of clinical competency, safety, and patient-centered care.
- To do skill assessments of nurse’s clinical competencies.
- Collaboration among home care nurses and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of care services, effective communication, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
