Position - **Clinical Research Trainer**

No. of vacancies - 2 to 3 Nos.

Qualification - Bachelor’s of Pharmacy/Master’s of Pharmacy Degree.

Experience - 1 to 2 years.

**Location - Koramangala, Bangalore (Work from Office)**

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Relevant experience of a minimum of 1 - 2 years as a Clinical Research Associate/ Trainer.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer/Facilitator/ Instructor in Clinical Research.
- Sound knowledge on Electronic Data Capture (EDC).
- Should effectively conduct Training for fresh Graduate students, Corporate Professionals on Clinical research.
- All SAS Trainer are required to provide training based on SAS official Curriculum for which its compulsory to undergo certification.
- Responsible for delivering the Theory & Practical sessions according to the Clinical research course contents.
- Responsible to develop statistical material required for the Training purposes.
- Actively participate in developing or updating training procedures, contents, projects, quiz and methodologies to fulfil the upcoming market requirements.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently but collaboratively as part of a team; capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of individuals from a variety of departments, institutions and organizations; ability to lead a group, serve as a mentor and/or facilitator, and create a positive work environment with the ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain effective working relationships.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish set goals efficiently.
- Knowledge of statistical data collection, validation, editing and analysis techniques.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, advice and support to professional staff where needed
- Knowledge of laboratory certification processes and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
