**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with project goals.
- Execute all design stages from conceptualization to final handoff to developers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to enhance design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements and user experience across various products and platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices.
- Present and defend design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design and User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong skills in graphic design, typography, and color theory.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with basic front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
