We are looking for a highly motivated Sales And Marketing Associate in the agency vertical for India's leading insurance company.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Handle a team of sales managers.
- Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency
- Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.
- Develop strategies for expanding our market presence
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Any Field Sales and Marketing Department
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Track record of meeting sales targets.
- Graduation Compulsory
- Age: 21 to 38 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹215,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
