Electrical trainer
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, covering various topics in electrical engineering such as circuit design, power systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Conduct training sessions in both classroom and hands-on laboratory environments, utilizing effective teaching methodologies to engage participants and facilitate learning.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including employees at various skill levels, customers, and partners.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, equipment setup, and facilities management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering technical training programs to diverse audiences, including both theoretical and hands-on components.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver training programs on schedule.
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Certifications such as Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) or equivalent are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
