The teachers provide encouragement and carefully instruct clients, ensuring success and gradual improvement. The studio is committed to helping their clients feel better after each workout.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at The Pilates Studio Pune

The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties,
- Manage Housekeeping staff & ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the studio
- Interact with the Clients about their schedules and classes
- Handle walkin enquiries
- Follow up with clients for renewals & payments
- Maintain the accounts
- Check and ensure client attendance
- Check and ensure trainers attendance
- Maintain the stock of merchandise
- Ensure timely vendor payments

**Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Experience in handling receptionist duties
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
