**Video Editing**: Edit and produce both long-form (YouTube videos, tutorials) and short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) with high-quality transitions, effects, and pacing aligned with the latest trends.
- **Creative Storytelling**: Craft compelling narratives through video content, keeping the audience engaged and entertained.
- **Trend Adaptation**: Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and tools to ensure content remains fresh and appealing.
- **Thumbnail Creation**: Design eye-catching thumbnails that maximize click-through rates using tools like Photoshop or other graphic design software.
- **Graphic Design**: Collaborate with the design team to create supporting graphics for videos, including overlays, lower-thirds, and title cards.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all content aligns with branding and communication guidelines.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in editing videos for YouTube, Reels, and other social media platforms.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva.
- **Creative Flair**: Strong understanding of modern editing styles, trending transitions, and visual storytelling techniques.
- **Graphic Design Knowledge**: Ability to create visually appealing graphics and thumbnails.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing work in both long-form and short-form content, including examples of thumbnails and transitions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work closely with content creators, designers, and the marketing team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
