Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate individual learning needs and provide various opportunities for students to understand and express themselves through Art.
- Incorporate current art trends and techniques into lessons to keep the content fresh, exciting and relevant for students.
- Organize and prepare materials for art classes, ensuring all resources are ready and suitable for each activity.
- Conduct in-person or remote sessions at designated Learning Centres, including providing remote mentoring for students signed up for virtual instruction.
- Teach a wide range of artistic techniques such as drawing, painting, paper craft, and mixed media, while covering key art concepts like colour theory, design, texture, and composition.
- Provide full support with developing Newsletters, communication collaterals for Foundation events.
- Document and update activity reports for each class, ensuring proper documentation.
- Organize and lead art exhibitions, competitions, and events to showcase student work.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued and supported.

**Qualifications and Skills-**
- a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- prior experience teaching art and craft to children, including those with special needs or diverse learning abilities, children and families facing challenging circumstances, is highly desirable.
- familiarity with art therapy techniques and their integration into lessons, as applicable.
- practical knowledge of digital art tools and technologies for teaching and creating Art.
- proficiency in MS Office, Google workspace, Canva, and other design or organizational software.
- _**ability and willingness to work in hospital wards**_ or settings with students from different age groups and demographics.
- _**ability to Read, write and speak English, Kannada and Hindi;**_ ability to speak/ knowledge of other Indian languages will be an added advantage but not a must.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
