CNC SETTER

*Desired work experience : 3-10 years of Experience
*Qualification: 10th/ITI/Diploma in mech
*Gender: Male

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure programming has to meet the product requirements
- Good understanding of drawing
- Good knowledge of the measurement and usage of measuring
instruments/devices, check for the gauges for the running part
- Follow the stage drawing, control plan, poke yoke check sheet,
- Excellent understanding of the Codes (M and G) that are required to be used
- Loading and of loading of component from the machine
- During operations checking for the tools if in good conditions during the
machining process to avoid accidents/damages to the machine and components
- Understanding of the production cycle time and target that needs to be achieved
for the shift
- Daily maintenance of machines check sheet, normal coolant oil checking,
hydraulic oil and machine cleaning to be done
- Setting of machine
- Basic understanding of programming according to which tools can be arranged
- Insert grade knowledge
- Atonomous check sheet, Tooling knowledge that will help him to know what tools
are required to operate a particular component
- Problem solving, Ovality, GDT(Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols,
- Supervising the Operators and operations
- Availability, Performance and Quality
- OEE Overall effective efficiency
- Regular attendance maintenance
- Good understanding of manual 2D programming

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
