Tender Executive

A Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, managing, and submitting bids and tenders for contracts.

Lead the full tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting compliant bids in line with client and company requirements.

Manage and mentor a team of tender professionals, fostering collaboration.

Cost Estimation & Risk Management: Ensure accurate cost estimates, review proposals for profitability, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely submission.

This involves researching and understanding tender requirements, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission while adhering to tender guidelines.

Following up on the status of submitted tenders and addressing any clarifications or requests from the client.

Preparing and maintaining records of tenders, payments, and relevant information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
