Oncologist (Freshers)

**Job Title**: Medical Oncologist

**Salary**: Up to ₹3 Lakh per Month (₹36 LPA)

We are seeking an experienced **Medical Oncologist** to join our oncology team. The role involves diagnosing and treating cancer patients, designing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring high standards of patient care and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and manage cancers using chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with a multidisciplinary approach.
- Monitor patient progress, manage treatment side effects, and adjust therapy as required.
- Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, therapy options, and expected outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **MBBS with MD/DNB in Medical Oncology (or equivalent).**:

- **Valid medical license/registration to practice.**:

- Strong clinical expertise in oncology protocols and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience preferred, but well-qualified freshers may also apply.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
