Housekeeping Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Duty Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas
2. Ensure impeccable attention to detail, including precise linen folding and turndown service
3. Anticipate and exceed guest expectations with personalized service
4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling guest requests and information
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
6. Utilize luxury hotel standards and protocols for cleaning, sanitation, and organization
7. Demonstrate knowledge of luxury hotel amenities and services
8. Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and poise
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities, services, and policies
10. Participate in regular training and quality assurance programs
Qualifications:_
1. Degree/diploma in Hotel Management
2. Previous luxury hotel housekeeping experience (minimum 1 year)
3. Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision and efficiency
6. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move quickly for long periods
7. Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 45 lbs)
8. Basic English language skills (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages preferred
9. Familiarity with luxury hotel software and technology (e.g., property management systems)
10. Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
