**Location **:kanjurmarg
- **Role**: Asst Mgr / Deputy Mgr**Function**: Custody Operations**Key Responsibilities**

**F&O Segment - Equity Derivatives & Currency Derivatives Segment**
- 1) Processing of Instructions received from Brokers towards Collateral - Pledge Creation / Confirmation/ Unilateral Closure/Invocation
- 2) Valuation of Collaterals prior to start of Exchanges.
- 3) Generate & Monitoring of Limits to be set at the exchange NSE - F&O Segment
- 4) Processing of FDR Renewal, Confirmation & Rebooking.
- 5) Processing of FDR withdrawal requests.
- 6) Processing of Corporate Action request in back-office.
- 7) Processing of Bank Guarantees & liasioning with other banks.
- 8) Liase/Co-ordinate with BTG team for issues identified, reporting and follow-up for quick resolution
- 9) Ensure accuracy in processing and adherence to TAT
- 10) EOD Reporting - Clients & Regulators
- 11) Reconciliation at EOD of above activities
12) Liase with internal auditor for audits, Risk-based Supervision submission, Internal Audit Report, Networth Certificate, Half-Yearly financials submission to the exchanges.

**Securities Lending & Borrowing Scheme**
- 1) Processing from start-to-end Securities Lending & Borrowing instructions.
- 2) Acceptance of Client instructions, Broker Contract Note.
- 3) Confirmation of trades on the exchange platform
- 4) movement of stock from Client to Pool and Early pay-in Instructions from Pool to exchange
- 5) Tracking of Reverse Leg Settlement and stock
- 6) Tracking of corporate actions on Securities lent or borrowed

**Other Responsibilities**

***1) Processing of Custody Clients Pledge instructions

2) Processing of Interscheme Instructions

3) Reconciliation of Interscheme instructions

4) Processing of Mutual Fund Blocking /Unblocking

**Educational Qualification**

Commerce Graduate with sound understanding of Capital Markets with 2 to 3 years experience working with a custodian/ clearing member / Broking

**Location Preference**

***Preferably staying between Thane to Dadar willing to work in shift
