**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining reports from Software
- Preparing Workflow MIS reports and Day-to-Day Analysis of MIS Reports.
- Timely preparation and analysis of various reports.
- Writing new Macros or excel formulated files to minimize manual intervention
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service
- Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present a summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team in strengthening data flow from the field and vice versa.
- Help disseminate dashboards, and collect field information required for productivity metrics in respective territories.
- Help Sales & Marketing Heads keep updated data in required formats and help disseminate important data for tracking and managing teams.
- To get the raw data, paste it into applicable spreadsheets.
- To get the set of reports through various dumps.
- Maintain and update records with accuracy.
- Design, development, and management of MIS infrastructure
- Analyzing and processing large-scale information
- Generating business knowledge reports
- Other duties or projects as assigned

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
