**Job Title: Web Designer**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Front-End Development**:

- Utilize HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and Sass to develop responsive and visually appealing web pages.
- Implement interactive features and animations using JavaScript and Animate to enhance user engagement.

2. **UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Design user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

3. **Responsive Design**:

- Optimize designs for maximum speed and scalability.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and consistent design across all platforms.

5. **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to existing designs and development processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, Animate, Tailwind CSS, and Sass.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
