QA/qc Inspector

Responsibilities:

- **Material Inspection**:
Ensuring that raw materials, such as fabric, zippers, and lining, meet quality standards before they enter the production line.
- **In-Line Inspection**:
Monitoring the bags during production to catch defects early and prevent them from progressing.
- **Mid-Line Inspection**:
Monitoring the bags during the packing Stage to check Carton Markings, Humidity, and Quantity/Quality
- **Final Inspection**:
Performing a final quality check on finished bags before they are packaged and shipped.
- **Defect Identification and Reporting**:
Identifying and documenting any defects or inconsistencies in bags or materials.
- **Corrective Action**:
Working with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
- **Quality Control Procedures**:
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, including sample testing and visual inspections.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
Maintaining accurate records of inspections, testing results, and corrective actions.
- **Supplier Communication**:
Communicating with Merchants and the Purchase team regarding quality issues and ensuring they meet required standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Basic understanding of quality control principles and techniques**.
- **Familiarity with têxtile materials and bag construction**.
- **Good attention to detail and ability to identify defects.**
- **Ability to read and interpret specifications and quality standards**.
- **Strong communication and teamwork skills**.
- **Knowledge of quality control tools and equipment**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
