**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Gaming Experience**: Proficiency with an Xbox controller and general gaming experience is highly preferred, as it translates to better remote navigation of the robot.
- **Technical Aptitude and Troubleshooting**: The ability to quickly understand technical issues, such as a lost internet connection, and troubleshoot them effectively to ensure the robot operates smoothly and recovers gracefully from errors.
- **Excellent Communication and English Proficiency**:Operators must have professional-level English skills to communicate clearly with the on-site contact about jobsite conditions or issues.
- **Attention to Detail**: Critical for tasks such as tracking the robot's path in Figma, managing file uploads, monitoring the robot's battery life, and identifying subtle safety risks on site.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree.
- **Mandatory Experience**: 1-3 years of general gaming experience **or**proficiency with an Xbox controller.
- **Mandatory Language requirement**: Possess **professional-level English proficienc**y to communicate effectively with the on-site contact regarding jobsite conditions or any arising issues.
