**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Trainee Graphic Designer at Mindspace. The Trainee Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, design principles, typography, color theory, and other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Basic Knowledge in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects and creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and target audience preferences.
- Creating engaging visual content that effectively communicates brand messages and values while maintaining brand consistency.
- Utilizing industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality graphics and multimedia elements.
- Staying up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and use of AI and technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

**Experience**: Freshers.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
